Forensic Filer Online - Added Fetal Death case types

Forensic Filer for Windows - Updated the FFLogin launcher to correct an issue where the password file would sometimes not get copied to the laptop for customers using the Sync module. This would then prevent them from using Forensic Filer in Remote Mode (when disconnected from the network).
